Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your swimwear from Openlake, however, if for any reason you are not, our returns policy is as follows:

We accept returns for a store credit only, any returned Items must be returned in the original packaging, unworn, with all the tags still attached. We're unable to accept returns for any swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed. 

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, once recieved we will send you a store credit to the original value of the goods purchased.  Original postage and postage costs for returned items will not included in the store credit.
